Banco de la República is the most trusted institution in Colombia
The Opinion Panel of the firm Cifras y Conceptos revealed that Banco de la República was recognized as the most trusted institution among opinion leaders. This year it received a rating of 75 points out of 100, higher than in previous years.
In its fourteenth version of the Opinion Panel, the firm conducted 1,431 surveys, between 12 July and 3 October 2022, to opinion leaders in Bogotá and the urban areas of Antioquia, Atlántico, Bogotá, Bolívar, Boyacá, Caldas, Cauca, Córdoba, Cundinamarca, Huila, Meta, Nariño, Norte de Santander, Risaralda, Santander, Tolima, and Valle del Cauca.
According to Cifras y Conceptos, the leaders surveyed are the ones who guide opinion, have foresight capacity, and influence political issues and topics on the national agenda.
Banco de la República will continue working transparently and independently for the welfare of Colombian households by preserving the purchasing power of the currency, supporting sustained economic growth and contributing to financial stability, the proper functioning of payment systems, the generation of knowledge and the country's cultural activity.
