2. Administrative Council

As per Decree 2520 of 1993, it is the responsibility of the Administrative Council to consider and adopt general policies on administration and operation of the Bank, and to determine the authority for contracting, ordering expenditure and investment, and authorizing the transfer or disposal of assets.  The Administrative Council also shall consider, approve and implement special projects related to operation of the Bank, and shall exercise any other faculties provided for in Law 31 of 1992, as well as those stipulated in the bylaws and those attributed to it by the Board of Directors.
