Banco de la República Gets the Sello Oro Equipares!

This certification is granted by the Ministry of Labor and the Presidential Advisory Office for Women’s Equity, with technical support from the United Nations Development Programme.

The Sello Oro Equipares obtained by the Bank is a recognition of the work that we have been developing as an institution in recent years, achieving important progress in gender equity issues, through the improvement of our internal processes as selection, training, promotion of a work environment free of violence, and awareness of our Banrep Community and the general population on these important issues for closing the gender gap.

The Bank will continue working to provide spaces and opportunities for diversity, equity, and inclusion as part of its institutional policy and to continue being a reference for the private and public sectors in these issues.
