Banco de la República (the Central Bank of Colombia) reports that the schedule for the renewal of the Amira de la Rosa theater is being satisfactorily met
Banco de la República filed an application at the Ministry of Culture to approve the designs to intervene the Amira de la Rosa Theater in Barranquilla.
Once the Ministry of Culture authorizes the intervention, the building permit will be processed at the urban planning of Barranquilla. Subsequently, the execution of the work will be contracted. This final phase will be carried out from 2025 to 2027.
The Bank and the Mayor's Office of Barranquilla have held periodic meetings to review the progress of the schedule, which is adjusted to the times established in the initial plan.
Likewise, Banco de la República informs the general public, cultural managers, academia, and users in Barranquilla that cultural activities in the city continue uninterrupted, whose programming can be found on the website www.banrepcultural.org
